Den spiller en rolle i aldring og pigmentforandringer og anvendes ogs\u00e5 i lysbehandling.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>UVB (280-320 nm):<\/strong> Ansvarlig for D-vitaminproduktion i mennesker og dyr, men kan ogs\u00e5 for\u00e5rsage solskoldning. Brugt i medicinske behandlinger og til specifikke biologiske processer.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>UVC (100-280 nm):<\/strong> Den mest energirige og farlige UV-str\u00e5ling, som dog blokeres af jordens atmosf\u00e6re. Anvendes i desinfektion og steriliseringsprocesser.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 3 []\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" gavnlige og skadelige effekter p\u00e5 levende organismer:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>Gavnlige effekter:<\/strong> UVB-lys er afg\u00f8rende for D-vitaminproduktion, hvilket belysning bliver brugt til oftest.\u00a0<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\" data-pm-slice=\"3 3 []\"><li><p><strong>Medicin og sundhed:<\/strong> UV-lys bruges i dermatologiske behandlinger, s\u00e5som behandling af psoriasis og eksem.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Desinfektion:<\/strong> UVC-lys anvendes til at dr\u00e6be bakterier og vira i hospitalsmilj\u00f8er, vandrensning og luftrensningssystemer.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Biologi og dyrehold:<\/strong> Mange dyr, herunder fugle og krybdyr, er afh\u00e6ngige af UVB-lys for deres sundhed og trivsel.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Teknologi:<\/strong> UV-lys anvendes i trykkeribranchen, h\u00e6rdning af bl\u00e6k og lim samt i avancerede class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Da UV-str\u00e5ling kan have negative effekter, er det vigtigt at beskytte sig, ofte er det henholdshvis nemt at beskytte sig imod UV str\u00e5ler, men det er ogs\u00e5 ofte at man undlader at g\u00f8re det, is\u00e6r hvis man ikke t\u00e6nker at man beh\u00f8ver solcreme, grundet at der ikke er varmt udenfor, ofte r\u00e5des der til at man bruger solcreme hverdag, da solens str\u00e5ler stadig er skadelige.\u00a0<br \/>Her har vi fundet nogle af de nemmeste m\u00e5der at sikre solen ikke skader os.\u00a0<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>Solbeskyttelse:<\/strong> Brug af solcreme med h\u00f8j SPF beskytter huden mod UVA- og UVB-str\u00e5ling.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Beskyttelsesbriller:<\/strong> Solbriller med UV-filter beskytter \u00f8jnene mod skadelig eksponering.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>UV-filtrerende materialer:<\/strong> Mange vinduer og plastmaterialer har UV-filtre, der reducerer
